Submission Guidelines
Abstract Format
- Abstracts should be 500 words in length.
- Use a clear and legible font, such as Times New Roman.
- Include a concise and informative title that reflects the content of the abstract.
- Include the names and affiliations of authors (maximum number of authors is 3).
- Clearly indicate the corresponding author.
- Provide a list of 5 keywords relevant to your abstract.
- Topic (from the conference) in which you would like your abstract to be included.
- Short Biographical note(s) of the author(s) in English.
Submission Process
- Submit your abstract through this Submission Form.
- Authors will be notified of abstract acceptance by the 14th of April 2025.
- Accepted presenters must register for the conference before 25 May 2025 to secure their participation.
- Each paper requires a separate registration fee if both papers are accepted for presentation.
Review Process
- Abstracts will undergo a blind peer-review process.
- They will be evaluated based on clarity, originality, relevance, and adherence to guidelines.
- Authors will receive feedback on their abstracts upon request.

2. Document Structure
TITLE (Centered, 11pt, Bold, All Caps) Example: THE IMPACT OF ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS ON ECONOMIC GROWTH ________________________________________ Abstract (Max. 350 words, 10pt) Write a concise abstract, summarizing the research with the following sections: justification of the theme, objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions. Avoid personal pronouns. ________________________________________ Keywords (Min. 4, Max. 8) Example: Keywords: Environmental Economics, Growth Models, Climate Change, Policy Impact ________________________________________ 1. INTRODUCTION (11pt, Title Case) Justify the study by outlining the research objectives, and referencing key literature both nationally and internationally. Use citations throughout. ________________________________________ 2. MATERIAL AND METHODS (11pt, Title Case) Describe the sample, model forms, and analytical methods used. If original methodologies were employed, provide justification and possible limitations. ________________________________________ 3. RESULTS AND ANALYSIS (11pt, Title Case) Impartially describe key observations from the study, using the methodologies outlined earlier. Highlight the most relevant results obtained. ________________________________________ 4. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSIONS (11pt, Title Case) Relate the findings to existing literature. Summarize conclusions, drawing connections between your results and other research in the field. ________________________________________ 5. CONTRIBUTIONS AND LIMITATIONS (11pt, Title Case) Highlight the contributions of your research and mention any limitations. 3. Formatting Guidelines
• Headings: Use title case for all headings, except for acronyms, which should be fully capitalized. • Text Highlights: Use italics for emphasis, not bold or underlined. • Tables/Figures: Essential tables or figures should be embedded within the text, not at the end. Ensure they are numbered and referenced within the paper. • Margins: Ensure all margins are properly set at 2.5 cm all around. ________________________________________
4. Additional Notes
• Paragraph Indentation: Set paragraph indentation to 1 cm. • No Headers or Footers: Do not include headers or footers except for page numbers. • Footnotes: Avoid footnotes unless necessary. When used, ensure the text is in size 8, single-spaced. • Abstract Length: Keep between 300-350 words. • Word Limit: The paper must not exceed 5000 words, including abstract, figures, references, and appendices. • Proofreading: Ensure there are no typographical or grammatical errors before submission. If English is not your first language, have the paper proofread by an English speaker.
